Questions
Is this replacing the THRIVE app?
Yes. TRO Academy is the new home for THRIVE, David's coaching program. Same courses, same lessons, now in a faster app that works in any browser and installs on your home screen. Current THRIVE members will get an invite to move over.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. TRO Academy is built for your phone first. Open it in Safari or Chrome and tap “Add to Home Screen” to install it like an app.
How does the Library plan unlock subjects?
On Library ($49/mo), one THRIVE subject unlocks each month, with all of its lessons. Welcome to THRIVE and the two Time Out check-ins are open from day one. Coaching, VIP 1:1, and Team unlock every subject right away.
Can I download the videos?
Library is streaming only. Lessons play inside the app on any device.
Can I cancel anytime?
Library is month to month. Coaching ($199/mo) has a 3-month minimum, and VIP 1:1 ($1,999/mo) is a 12-month commitment. Our full cancellation and refund policy will be posted here before launch.
Do you offer team pricing for title companies?
Yes. Team is $49 per seat per month with a 5-seat minimum. Every rep gets every subject, and managers get a dashboard to track the team's progress and badges.
How do coaching calls work?
Coaching members join THRIVE Together, David's group coaching calls on Zoom. VIP 1:1 members are coached personally by David every month and book their sessions right in the app. The group call schedule is coming soon.
What is TRO Certified?
Finish every lesson in a subject and you earn a TRO Certified badge for it. Finish all of THRIVE and you earn the THRIVE Graduate badge.
